Enjoy freshly made food and cold, organic beer while you chill by the waterfront in one of the currently hippest and most popular places in Copenhagen.
Inside the building you’ll soon be tempted by all the stalls where you find a variety of food from all over the world e.g., Mexican, Japanese, Colombian and of course a variety of the Danish open sandwiches smørrebrød.
The menu differs from day to day depending on which meat and vegetables the stallholders are able to get from the market on that specific day.
Copenhagen Street Food opened in 2014 on Papirøen. Instead of missing the opportunity to start their own business because of lack of money to open their own restaurant, creative chefs can start their business by renting a stall at Copenhagen Street Food. The ambition is to serve authentic, honest and aesthetic food at reasonable prices.
Besides all the delicious food stalls you’ll find events such as concerts, flea markets, yoga and much more here. In other words this is definitely a must-visit in Copenhagen.
